You don’t feel like yourself anymore.

You’re tired by mid-afternoon and wired at bedtime. Your sleep doesn’t restore you the way it used to. Maybe your digestion, mood or focus have shifted too, or you seem to catch every cold going around. Your body feels less predictable.

If your bloodwork came back normal and you were told everything looks fine, but you know something has changed, you’re not imagining it. “Normal” means within the reference range. It doesn’t mean you feel like yourself.

Mindful Guide Health helps you see how symptoms that seem unrelated can be connected. The free Self-Scan scores six Stress Signatures, patterns in how your body responds to sustained demand, so you know which systems are under strain and what to focus on first.

The Quiet Cost

You’re still functioning, but it costs more than it used to.

You show up. You work. You take care of people. You get things done. But it takes more to get there. You need the coffee earlier. Weekends become recovery, not rest. A hard week takes days to shake off. Things that were once automatic now need planning.

And because nothing has visibly broken, nobody questions it, including you. It’s easy to put it down to stress, a busy period, getting older, hormones, or just life.

Each explanation is plausible, which is why it’s so easy to keep waiting for things to settle. But when the extra effort doesn’t ease, it’s worth finding out what’s behind it, rather than pushing through.

LESS NOISE. MORE CONTEXT.

You probably don’t need more health advice.

You already know the basics: sleep well, eat well, move, manage stress. Then your feed makes the list longer: fix your gut, track your glucose, optimise your hormones, take the right supplements.

A lot of it is good advice. The problem is the order. Without context, everything looks equally urgent, so you try a bit of everything and can’t tell what’s working. The right order differs from person to person.

That’s what context is for: working out what your body needs first, so you can do less, in the right order, and know why you’re doing it.

YOUR STRESS SIGNATURE

Your symptoms follow a pattern.

Everyone is stressed, so its impact on your health is easy to underestimate. What differs is where the strain lands. Sustained stress can flatten your daily cortisol rhythm, push blood sugar up and change how your gut works. It often starts with the nervous system and spreads from there. By the time most people look closely, two or three systems are usually involved.

We call these patterns Stress Signatures. They aren’t diagnoses. They’re a map of where stress is organising most strongly in your body right now.

That’s why the free Self-Scan scores all six from how you’ve felt over the last 30 days, then highlights your primary and secondary Stress Signatures so you know where to focus first.

THE SIX STRESS SIGNATURES

Wired-but-Exhausted

Tired by day, wired at bedtime. Sleep is light and restless, and you struggle to switch off. Often a sign your nervous system can’t fully power down.

The Gut-Immune Crosstalk

Food reactions, post-meal fog, and catching every cold. Often a sign your gut barrier and immune system, which constantly signal each other, are both under strain.

Disciplined-but-Depleted

Still performing, but running on reserves. Your nutrient and mineral stores may be depleted, and recovery takes longer.

Flat-and-Foggy

Slow to get going in the morning, hard to focus, cold when everyone else is comfortable. Often linked to a slowed metabolism, including thyroid function.

The Sugar-Crash Spiral

Energy and mood depend on when you last ate: crashes between meals, urgent hunger, irritability when a meal is late. Often a sign of blood sugar swings.

Inflamed-and-Sensitive

Lower tolerance, bigger reactions. Stress or alcohol hit harder, and you wake stiff or achy. Often linked to a heightened inflammatory response.

HOW IT WORKS

Decode. Regulate. Restore.

Find where the strain is, lower the load one lever at a time, and replenish what stress has depleted. Your body adapts to sustained demand, and the cumulative cost of that adaptation is called allostatic load. The three steps below show how to reduce it.

Fingerprint representing your unique stress pattern

Decode

The free Self-Scan gives you your primary and secondary Stress Signature, plus the biomarkers worth a second look. If you’d like to talk through your result or your bloodwork, you can book a 45-minute Clarity Session with me.

Adjustable levers representing gradual regulation

Regulate

Each Stress Signature has its own 12-Week Reset guide: one lever a week, in a deliberate order. The levers are simple lifestyle changes, and the effect comes from repetition. Done regularly, they can give your body the steady signals it needs to regulate.

Growing plant representing recovery

Restore

As the load comes down, recovery and resilience can start to catch up. Each change builds on the last. The aim is deeper sleep, easier digestion, steadier energy and a body that behaves the way you expect, even after a hard week.

BLOODWORK

Normal bloodwork.
What to look at next.

Each Stress Signature comes with a short list of biomarkers worth a second look. Lab reports flag a result only when it falls outside the reference range. But a value can sit inside the range and still be worth watching, often towards the lower or upper end, depending on the marker.

If you already have bloodwork, look at where your values sit within the range, and how they read together. If you don’t, you’ll know which markers to ask your doctor about. Testing is optional, but it can help you see whether your bloodwork fits your Self-Scan result and track changes over time.

Markers worth a second look

Wired-but-Exhausted

Morning cortisol · DHEA-S · Resting heart rate and HRV (wearable)

The Gut-Immune Crosstalk

B12 · Albumin · Total protein · Ferritin · hs-CRP

Disciplined-but-Depleted

Ferritin · RDW · B12 · Folate

Flat-and-Foggy

TSH · Free T3 · Reverse T3 (may need private testing) · Ferritin · Thyroid antibodies

The Sugar-Crash Spiral

Fasting glucose · HbA1c · Fasting insulin · TG:HDL ratio

Inflamed-and-Sensitive

hs-CRP · ESR · Monocytes · Ferritin

THE MOdel

Timeless pillars.
Personal by design.

Health is built on interconnected systems. At the base is the nervous system. When it is under sustained stress, the effects can ripple through circadian rhythm, hormonal signalling, metabolism, digestion and immune function.

Many of the pillars of health are timeless: sleep, movement, nourishing food, light, connection and recovery. What differs is how they interact in your body and which one matters most for you. Poor sleep impairs how the body handles glucose, and blood sugar swings can disrupt sleep in turn, so the same advice lands differently depending on which system is already under strain.

The goal isn’t to work on everything at once. It’s to regulate what is under strain, strengthen the pillars that need support, and create the conditions for the body to return towards balance.

ABOUT TYLER

I created the framework I needed for myself.

After a prolonged period of stress began affecting my health, I did what many people do: I had the standard tests done. Everything came back normal. But “normal” didn’t explain how I felt.

That experience led me into functional medicine, where I learned how symptoms, lifestyle and biomarkers can reveal patterns that standard testing alone may miss. Those insights became the Stress Signature framework.

Today I work with people in demanding roles who feel depleted despite being told they’re “fine.” I help them make sense of their bloodwork and the pattern behind their symptoms, then decide what to change first.

START HERE

You don’t need to change everything. Start by understanding your patterns.

The free Self-Scan takes about 5 minutes. You answer 30 short statements about the last 30 days and see which patterns are most active. If nothing stands out, you’ll get that result too, with a suggestion for when to re-check.
